Gavin Harding
Senior Business Consultant

With more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance, Gavin brings a deep understanding of both the issues facing clients and the practical challenges involved in implementing solutions. For more than half of his career Gavin held senior leadership positions with a large regional bank, gaining experience in commercial and small business strategy, SBA lending, credit and risk management and sales. Gavin has guided organizations through strategic change initiatives and regulatory and supervisory oversight issues. During his banking tenure, Gavin had responsibility for implementing a range of Experian solutions and has spoken at Experian’s annual Vision Conference. Previously Gavin worked in the business leasing, agricultural and construction equipment sectors in sales and credit management roles.

Peter Bolin
Statistical Business Specialist Consultant

Pete Bolin is a Managing Consultant for Experian Business Information Services (BIS). Pete has been with Experian since 2006, and currently consults with clients and partners on a wide variety of opportunities including; proof of concept tests; score validations; product development; portfolio profiling; marketing, risk, and trend analysis using business credit data.

Previously, Pete designed, delivered, and provided best-in-class client consultation for Experian Consumer Information Services (CIS) analytical engagements, including decision tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product/solution development using consumer credit data.

Additionally, Pete consulted with Experian Consumer Direct (ECD) on new product development, scorecard implementation, and data analysis for use in public relation initiatives. Prior to joining Experian, Pete was a Senior Analyst at Ameriquest Mortgage Services responsible for forecasting, risk analysis, and reporting. Pete has over 12 years of experience in both commercial and consumer lending with such companies as Bank of America, Toyota Motor Credit, and ITT Commercial Finance.

Pete holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Sonoma State University.

Alpa Lally
Vice President of Data Business

Alpa Lally is the Vice President of Data Business for Experian’s core business in North America. She is responsible for product management related to Experian’s core and alternative data assets which includes, but is not limited to, credit scoring models and tools. Lally joined Experian in 2012 as an MBA program participant. During her time, she gained broad expertise in key business functions, such as product marketing, sales, and customer assistance. After completing her rotation, she joined the North America Consumer Information Services (CIS) business unit as Director of Prospecting. In 2015, she joined the Global team as a Vice President of Strategy and in 2016, she joined Experian Information Technology Services to lead the Application Programming Interface (API) Center of Excellence team. Most recently, she returned to North America CIS to run Data Business. Over the past seven years, Lally has driven new product innovation by bridging technology and business strategy and driven double-digit revenue growth in CIS, completing Experian’s enterprise-wide assessment of its cyber security posture and launching the global Security First program. Recently, she successfully launched the API Hub which allows for frictionless interaction between clients and Experian while driving speed to market and faster revenue recognition by providing optimal customer/client experiences. Additionally, Lally is the Women in Experian (WiE) EITS ambassador, the sponsor of the Namaste Employee Resource Group (ERG) and is considered a thought leader in the industry by participating in speaking engagements globally. Prior to joining Experian, Lally worked in the civil and structural engineering field, in Canada and the United States, where she led design, engineering and development for construction projects. She has a dual bachelor’s in civil and structural engineering from the University of Calgary and her Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.

David Britton
Vice President of Industry Solutions, Identity and Fraud

David Britton brings a wealth of experience to his current position via both unique insights into the criminal methodology behind cyber fraud as well as an understanding of the evolving digital identity landscape. As an early internet fraud investigator, he played a central role in developing cutting-edge fraud prevention technologies in the digital space. David has been heavily involved in the evolution of what identity means in the digital age, particularly as it pertains to how businesses might achieve elegant consumer engagement with robust authentication and security practices. He’s often asked to engage with executives across financial services, e-commerce, travel, telecom and other verticals around the globe, to help frame strategies for mitigating fraud while preserving the consumer experience. David also works closely with Experian’s global product team as a thought leader, helping to guide the vision of its portfolio, and with the marketing and sales organizations to help formulate their go-to-market positioning and market intelligence. He joined Experian via the acquisition of 41st Parameter, where he was one of the founding members and served on the executive team in numerous roles, including head of product management, professional services, as well as interim roles leading product development and marketing. He often speaks at industry events and to the press about emerging threats and has authored numerous papers outlining innovative approaches to digital identity, identity-based authentication and risk mitigation while advocating for a great consumer experience.

Paul DeSaulniers
Senior Director of Risk Scoring, Trended Data Solutions and Collections

As Senior Director of Risk Scoring, Trended Data Solutions and Collections at Experian, Paul DeSaulniers is responsible for leading all of the Risk Scoring businesses, Experian’s Trended Data solutions, as well as Collections products. He focuses on utilizing data assets to solve clients’ challenges and developing specific strategies to effectively integrate scoring and data into clients’ decisioning systems. DeSaulniers brings strong product and industry knowledge with his experience in the financial services industry, data businesses, offering a deep understanding of risk management and credit policy. Prior to joining Experian in 2011, DeSaulniers served as Director of Credit Risk Decisioning at LexisNexis. He has 17 years of experience working in the financial services industry where he has successfully led several business units at Ascend One and Think Finance. DeSaulniers has a duel degree with a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in finance from Goldey-Beacom College. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Towson University. He is also a veteran of the US Army’s Special Forces.

Angela Granger
Vice President of Analytics, Decision Analytics

Angela Granger leadsa team responsible for designing and delivering advanced analytical solutions that accelerate Experian clients’ profits and market position. Since joining Experian in 1993, she has leveraged the latest statistical techniques in predictive modelling, data intelligence and business intelligence to maximize clients’ return on investment. Angela plays an instrumental role in analytics research and development. She has participated in the design and commercial introduction of several advanced analytics products and services aimed at helping clients predict customer behavior and effectively manage a wide range of decisions related to repayment of debt, account utilization, and default and fraud prevention. Prior to her current role at Experian, she was with HSBC where she was responsible for bankcard portfolio inbound call cross-sell strategies and acquisitions. Angela is named as an inventor on a U.S. patent, Credit Portfolio Benchmarking, which defines a system and method for analyzing massive amounts of current and historical trade data across financial institutions to allow peer group performance comparisons. She frequently represents Experian as an industry expert on credit scoring.

Tony Hadley
Senior Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs

Tony Hadley is Senior Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy for the Experian Group of companies where he has led the regulatory agenda relating to consumer reporting, financial markets, direct marketing and advertising, e-commerce, and privacy for 15 years. He advises the Experian Global Risk Management Council on such activities in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Tony represents Experian before a number of trade groups and alliances. These include the Direct Marketing Association’s (DMA), the Consumer Data Industry Association, the Internet Advertising Bureau, the Internet Alliance, the US Chamber of Commerce, the American Financial Services Association, the Consumer Bankers Association, and the US Chamber of Commerce. Tony is Chairman of the National Business Coalition on E-commerce and Privacy. Tony previously led the Government Affairs program for a national trade association, worked as a press secretary and legislative assistant on Capitol Hill, and was a Presidential Management Intern, class of 1980.

Aaron Suplizio
Senior Director of North American Strategy

Aaron Suplizio is a senior product leader responsible for Experian’s prospecting suite of solutions, including Prescreen, Prequalification, and innovative solutions that enable credit on mobile devices and the delivery of firm offers of credit through email, digital-displayed ads, and other digital channels. Prior to joining the product organization, he led Experian’s early efforts and go-to-market strategy in high-growth verticals such as fintech and insurance and continues to work closely with the venture capital community and Experian’s Corporate Ventures team to identify and support business development with high-potential fintech startups. 

Prior to joining Experian in 2013, Suplizio spent over five years at Line 6, an innovative venture-backed music technology firm where he held several roles in product, marketing and corporate strategy. Suplizio had P&L responsibility for Line 6’s top revenue-producing segment—guitar amplification—and helped Line 6 surpass some of the world’s most prominent music brands to achieve #1 market share in the US for over three years. Before joining Line 6, Suplizio spent five years at Analysis Group, an economic consulting firm that provides economic, financial and strategic analysis and expert testimony to law firms, corporations and government agencies. During his tenure, Suplizio specialized in intellectual property, securities fraud, and antitrust cases in the pharmaceutical and software industries. Suplizio graduated from the College of William and Mary with a double-major in Physics and Mathematics, and received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. An accomplished electric bassist, Suplizio has collaborated and recorded with a diverse range of songwriters and artists from Dianne Warren to Victor Wooten to Weezer.
