You belong here

At Experian®, we encourage you to bring your whole self to work because you matter. Our clubs and programs put belonging and inclusion at the heart of what we do.

A space for all

It’s not enough to just say “you belong,” it must be shown. Together at Experian, we build those spaces for belonging by listening, learning and showing up.

Days of Understanding

We amplify important cultural events with deep significance that reflect our diverse communities. Annual celebrations include International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Black History Month, International Women’s Day and many others.

Speaking truth to power

We have zero tolerance for racism. We stand with our colleagues and the diverse communities we represent. In times of recent social unrest, our leaders listened, learned and showed up for our Black community and our Asian and Pacific Islander communities.

Employee-driven benefits

We celebrate the uniqueness of every employee and provide benefits that support their life, including enhanced paid family and parental leave, family building services, sexual reassignment surgery coverage, and more.

An ally for all

We believe in the power of allyship. A unique reflection is 2% of our global workforce are trained as Mental Health First-Aiders to support colleagues through difficult times. It’s one form of allyship that depicts how we show up for each other.

All-gender restrooms

We stand by the transgender community. Individual privacy and identity are respected at Experian, which is why we outfitted some of our Experian North American offices to include all-gender restrooms.

Real Talks™ with Wil Lewis

We organize critical conversations that are important to us. Our Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, Wil Lewis, leads these internal “real talks” that tackle difficult topics. Nothing is off limits during these companywide conversations.

Humans of Experian

“When I first joined Experian, I learned that my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. My boss did something for me that nothing in the world could compare to. He gave me the opportunity to be with [my mom] and be remote and be there with her until she took her last breath.”

Donny Ohana (He/Him)
Senior Director of Global Security Operations and Incident Response

"My son had just come out to us as a family just prior to when we sent out the [Experian Pride] t-shirts. The first time he saw the shirt … it generated questions ... and it just opened the door for some good conversations with him and helped me make that transition from knowledge [of the LGBTQ+ community] to a relationship with my son."

Mike Hoadley (He/Him)
VP of Integration Engineering and Implementation
