For our suppliers — an introduction to Experian and global procurement
Welcome. We are Experian’s Global Procurement organization. Our team is entrusted to build a strategic supply base of high quality suppliers that can meet all of Experian's requirements both short term and long term. To ensure that we establish a mutually beneficial relationship with the suppliers we select, we have provided this site to help you understand the expectations and requirements of Global Procurement. Please use the navigation links on the left of the screen to learn more about these expectations and requirements as well as the links below based on the region in which you are contracting with Experian as further explained in our Supplier Engagement Guidelines.
In the absence of a written agreement between you and Experian governing the purchase and supply of the applicable goods and/or services, the regional terms and conditions set out below that are applicable to the purchase (as set out in the Supplier Engagement Guidelines) will apply in their entirety, and govern our relationship with you, with respect to supplying Experian the applicable goods and/or services.
For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions below supersede any click or shrink wrap terms, invoice terms or other such terms you may have, and are explicitly rejected by Experian in all circumstances.
