I was inspired to work for Experian because of the people I got to meet before entering the organization. The mentorship I received from a team member from within Experian showed me how much Experian cares about the development and growth of their employees. Additionally, I was very surprised credit was only one facet of the company and that there were so many other products and services Experian offered to assist in helping businesses grow!

Experian is unique in the diverse make up it wears! I haven’t been in an organization before that has so many people with different backgrounds, cultures, and creeds. I enjoy so much of learning these culture through our Employee Resources Groups (ERGs). The ERGs have been successful in educating the wider organization through celebrations such as Diwali, Black History Month, and Lunar New Year.

Experian’s culture and positive outreach in the community is what inspires me to work for such an amazing company. The bonds you build with people here are deep. When you spend hours a day with people, having great partnerships and connections are valuable.

Not only does Experian truly care about their employees, they encourage us to bring about change in our communities. 16 hours a year of VTO (Paid Volunteer Time Off) is a valuable benefit. Experian employees also have the genuine ability to nurture and support inclusiveness in our workforce. THIS is what makes us stand above the rest and makes our organization a great place to BE!
