Experian Customer Service

Why Customer Service is important to us

Truth is, we don’t just serve some 5,000 organizations across the U.S. -- we also serve their customers and more than 1.5 million consumers. Automation might be replacing some jobs in our economy, but the best Customer Service is still in the hands of exceptional communicators. We value the human connection that we bring to our customers and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that Experian is a company of people and not just technology. At the end of the day, it is often our Customer Service team who reinforce our brand reputation.

Victor Cardone, Technical Support Lead, USA

I have worked for Experian Health for fifteen years. Began building data from Medicare policies for our medical necessity application, after five years, I moved to implementing our software and later supporting our application.

Working in healthcare is not only a job but a rewarding lifestyle. Experian inspires me knowing that career growth is strongly encouraged and management is there to help me grow. With Experian offices listed globally and remote positions available, there are many opportunities for employees. Experian also offers family and home life flexibility. I've built relationships with clients over the years and know that I've contributed to the success of the company. A great feeling of accomplishment is when you're able to help hospital and physician workers in assisting patients with needed information, Experian offers employees the right tools to be successful.
