We believe in developing talent from the ground up.
Our Early Career Program is designed to give new students and new professionals the chance to be at the heart of our business. Our many internships and development programs give recent graduates the opportunity to hone newly acquired skills with us.
Experian's Internship Program is looking for the best and brightest across all of our locations in the U.S. By investing in our early career talent, we help students and recent graduates not only hone the skills they are studying in school, but also develop important leadership skills and enhance their knowledge of Experian.
We want the intern experience with Experian to be overwhelmingly positive on both a personal and professional note. Activities within our internship program include professional development training, mentorship, lunches with senior executives, volunteering and networking opportunities. Please note, intern benefits are only eligible for 401(k).

"Experian’s MBA Leadership Development Program provides, like no other company I have worked for, access to top leaders, ample development tracks in its different business units, and a stimulating work environment. The company, and this Program specifically, exposes us to exciting business and cutting-edge industry challenges to not only keep us engaged and actively developing business and industry skills, but also to encourage us to continually learn and create value for the organization.
The open access to diverse C-Level executives and top tier management gives us the opportunity to build a powerful business network, and important mentorship relationships. Besides the stimulating work environment, the company provides an atmosphere of trust for us to be ourselves and affords the flexibility for work-life balance day in and day out."

“I chose Experian because of the people I interacted with while being recruited. For me it was clear that the company and its employees value people and diversity.
I am the epitome of diversity in a person: I was born in Brazil, but I am also Italian, and I have a Japanese last name. On top of that, I was a lawyer and entrepreneur who wanted to pivot my career into business. Experian showed me that it understands that different opinions lead us to better business sense.
As an MBA Leadership Program participant, I have the opportunity to bring my cultural and knowledge diversity to the table and impact Experian's business strategy. This is just possible because the company respects, believes, and invests in my talent. Thank you, Experian!“
