Marsha joined Experian in August 2013 as Lead Analytic Consultant providing Decision Sciences support to Experian’s Business Information Solutions Division. In her role, Marsha consults with various clients in support of Experian’s commercial products and services, including prospecting, account acquisition, account management, and collections.
Marsha has over 25 years of experience in Financial Services focusing on both consumer and commercial lending. Prior to joining Experian, she was Director of Marketing Analytics at Citigroup where she led the analytic team supporting the small business credit card portfolio. She was also the division lead for the Citi Cards marketing budget optimization and allocation process. Prior to Citigroup, Marsha was Director, Corporate Planning & Analysis at American Express.
Marsha holds a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Stern School of Business at New York University.
